In a recent op-ed, Katrina Baugh, director of Radical Hospitality Ministries in Wheaton, highlighted a milestone for the organization: enrolling its 300th client in DuPage County through Illinois’ Pretrial Success Act pilot program. Baugh writes that simple support—court reminders, transportation, and service connections—helps people awaiting trial remain stable, appear in court, and avoid unnecessary incarceration while strengthening public safety.
